Justin Tarte
Justin Tarte is an assistant principal at Poplar Bluff Junior High School in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. PBJHS is home to more than 750 students, grades 7-8. Prior to this, he served as a German teacher for six years at Seckman High School in the Fox C-6 School District in Arnold, Missouri. Justin is passionate about social media and technology and works to integrate it into classrooms and teachers’ professional development. He uses these tools to collaborate with educators while also blogging about his experiences and reflections at “Life of an Educator.” Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Gina, and they have a yellow lab named Maddy.
