Connected Principals

Sean Grainger is currently a vice-principal at Mattie McCullough Elementary School, a kindergarten to fifth grade technology oriented school in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Sean has taught within elementary, middle and high school environments, and spent the first six years of his career living and teaching within First Nations communities. He also has experience as a middle school counselor. Sean subscribes to a strengths-based philosphy toward learning and leading, and believes authentic teaching and learning is derived through the art, and science of questioning.
